Renewal is a 15-minute daily radio program heard throughout the United States and in South America.  It is also available online in many countries worldwide, including Australia, Canada, Norway, Spain, Mexico, Japan, Philippines, Belarus and Singapore.  Renewal is a listener-supported faith based ministry that relies on the financial support of its listeners.  If you are interested in partnering with our ministry, please click here.

Renewal seeks to meet the spiritual needs of our listening audience through biblically based programming that emphasizes interviews with a wide variety of individuals whose personal experiences effectively illustrate how God works in people’s lives.

The Host of Renewal Radio
Dr. Gene Getz, Host and teacher of Renewal Radio, is the author of more than 60 books.  He is the Founder of the Fellowship Bible Church movement that has grown to hundreds of congregations around the world.  Dr. Getz has been a pastor in the Dallas Metroplex since 1972 and is an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Theological Seminary.  He is also President of the Center for Church Renewal, the parent organization of Renewal Radio, and currently serves as Pastor Emeritus of Chase Oaks Church, a Fellowship Bible Church in Plano, Texas.

In the simplest terms, our vision is “Encouraging Hearts—Renewing Minds.”

In fulfilling our vision, our desire is to spread the message of Renewal to people all over the world through quality programming designed to spiritually impact the lives of individuals, families and churches.

The Mission of Renewal Radio
Renewal is the essence of dynamic Christianity and the basis on which Christians, both in a corporate or "body" sense and as individual believers, can determine the will of God. Paul made this clear when he wrote to the Romans in chapter 12.

The mission of Renewal is based on Romans 12:1,2:

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

This mission can allow us to do programming as broad as the purpose of the New Testament but as narrow as we desire in order to focus on particular biblical themes and current needs. Our goal is to present biblical truth in a relevant and practical way in order to establish and equip all people in the Word of God and encourage our listeners spiritually by the power of the Holy Spirit.
